I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years when I moved to Minnesota from the West Coast.  I have experience working with short sale sellers, relocation buyers and sellers, Feng Shui, Staging and have been trained as a Certified Residential Specialist, which only 10% of real estate agents achieve. I was raised in the mid-west and graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Education.  Prior to selling real estate I worked for an aerospace company in California in training and IT development and was the Vice President of Marketing for a Real Estate specific software company. This experience has given me a unique blend of skills that have benefited my clients and my real estate business.  With all this, I can be your total resource for real estate and neighborhood information.
